Disappointing

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Really run down. Bathroom shower door leaked. Needed repair of plaster and a repaint.

Disliked: The kitchenette wasn’t clean - food left from previous guests. The door was difficult to lock.

Liked: The location was great. Room was clean
Disliked: We made a booking for five people but arrived to find only three beds. We had four staff (not kidding) come into the room to make up the sofa bed. They left, only leaving us the bottom sheet made up. We still had to go down to reception numerous times to get the rest of the bedding. Sofa bed was really uncomfortable too.
