Liked: It was nice to have a BBQ and cook ourselves some food, that was the only positive.
Disliked: We had a very frustrating experience during our recent stay. We originally booked at Beachfront, but were unexpectedly relocated. When I called to confirm check-in, I was told we were being upgraded to Beach Club. Based on that, I drove to Beach Club—only to be told upon arrival that I was at the wrong location and that we were actually being relocated to Mozaik instead. This was around 10:30 p.m., and we were already exhausted.Throughout this process, we were moved multiple times, told we were being upgraded, when in reality, we were being downgraded. The property we originally booked had newly renovated rooms with modern flooring, while the one we ended up in was outdated, with carpet and visible mould throughout the shower—making it unusable, especially during a weekend with a heat warning. None of us were able to shower during our stay.Trying to make the best of a disappointing situation, we went outside to BBQ, only for three police cars to show up. People were arguing in the parking lot, adding more discomfort to our stay. The next morning, before 8 a.m., our neighbours were outside blasting music, waking us up.We were so tired and worn down that we didn’t want to go through another relocation. But the final property we were sent to was further from the beach and clearly of lower value than what we originally booked.Overall, the experience was stressful and disappointing. I strongly believe some form of refund or accommodation should be offered.

Disliked: bugs everywhere, spiders, etc.bedding smelled , very unpleasant night. no way to control A/C no buttons . i wanted to turn it off it was freezing. we arrived at night just to sleep but did not see access to the beach maybe there was we would never know. left as soon as we could. never coming back

Liked: Great location. Friendly and very accommodating staff, grateful for them.
Disliked: Needs a lot of updates. Needs windows new washrooms, quite old and run down. I can see they are trying to make improvements. You can’t open the windows.
