Wonderful place so close to...

Liked: Quaint period house details, lovely decor, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, perfect breakfast room, delicious breakfast, and absolutely outstanding hosts!
Disliked: A bell in the entrance lobby to let the hosts know that you've arrived - for those who can't email or text their arrival.

Liked: Lovely older style decor with updated bathrooms, walking distance to shop, pubs, beach and long stay car park.
Disliked: No chairs in family room and no lift to top floors.

A memorable and excellent weekend...

Liked: The whole guesthouse has its unique charms. It's cozy, warm, comfortable and safe. The room is just right for a couple and it has really spacious, clean en-suite bathroom with wooden floor boards which we loved. We love the organised timings for breakfast. Breakfast choices are varied and food is delicious! If they can, you can discuss if you have special requests and if available and within reason, the hosts would accommodate it. Overall, a great stay.
Disliked: There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. Perhaps more details on which floor the rooms will be for older guests or those with minor mobility issues to make informed choices? But these are minimal suggestions as we didn't really have any major issues coming up.

Liked: Lovely and friendly hosts, nice clean room with really good facilities and one of the nicest breakfasts we've ever had.
Disliked: Parking is always an issue with accommodation close to the beach but we managed to get parked up after our evening meal👍👍

Lovely stay, close to beach

Liked: Beds & bedding were very nice. Free parking on the forecourt was ideal. Nice touch having a book swap available. Excellent shower & nice to have shampoo/shower gel available. Massive tv in main room! So close to the seafront too.
Disliked: Very small tv in second room. Difficulty filling kettle from tap! Hairdryer sounded on last legs! Mirror in second room was way too high ,no-one could actually use it!!
