Very good

Liked: The staff are excellent -very friendly and couldn't be more accommodating. They are extremely kind and thoughtful.
Disliked: The only thing I really didn't like is the carpet in room 39 looks and feels like it needs replacing or a jolly good clean. Other than that - all was very good

Our stay was just what...

Liked: Everything was good but I think the shower fittings could be better as they are old and difficult to turn if you are older. The meals were excellent and very satisfying, and of a high standard. All the staff were excellent and deserve a particular mention, nothing was to much trouble.
Disliked: There was a problem with the swimming pool so for 5 days it was out of bounds, do to a water quality issue. This was very disappointing as we booked this because it had the pool. It was all sorted before we left though.

Very good

Liked: The buffet breakfast was ideal and all tastes where catered for . Lovely rooms and Happy staff Beautiful location.
Disliked: The step from the library room to the pool is a but high and could do with a ramp . A rail to help people that struggle to walk to get into the pool would be of great help too .

Stay in Jersey

Liked: Location - served the purpose for what we wanted. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom/room. Pleasant staff at reception, restaurant and cleaning.
Disliked: The pool was out of use. We weren't informed of this until the day we arrived.

Disliked: Don't trust the photos on the website. This hotel very run down and neglected. Everything just needs care and attention. Rooms damp and musty.
