Liked: I’ve stayed here before and always enjoyed the property. I like the location as I prefer the north side of OC. Friendly staff and nice clean room.
Disliked: Bathroom is small but clean. It was very noisy as the room faces the road and it was cruisin week(end) so loud cars racing around all night.

Liked: The property was closely located to restaurants and the beach.
Disliked: It was on a very busy road and what didn’t help was that there was a special event of cars racing up and down the street which caused a lot of noise.

Liked: I loved the view of the bay and the bridge from my room and that my room was very clean. I loved that the elevator was in service, and that housekeeping were very prompt in getting us new towels and toilet paper. I love the location next to Beach Bus stops. I also love that both my friend and I were able to get parking passes for the weekend, since the lot wasn't too crowded. Early check-in was great too for being able to attend the festival early and with no interruptions.
Disliked: My friend found a bug under his pillow. It wasn't a bed bug, but it was still a bug. Staff handled it very well though and got him new bedding.

Liked: Easy in easy out. 1st floor. Older but clean. Average price. Not great not bad. Right on main drag. Nice family owned. They care about their customers. No frills but 1 night off season was what we needed mid town close to family.
Disliked: Noisy next to highway but we knew that going in
