Nice, clean, and friendly

Liked: Large open room, brightly lite. Very quick walk to beach and board walk. Owner was very friendly so was the staff.

Liked: Location was great. Pool was clean.
Disliked: They need a little updating especially the air conditioner. They run all summer and have to stay running to keep cool. Seems like it was getting to its last leg.
