Liked: Room was clean when we got to hotel and A/C had been turned on to cool the room.
Disliked: The sink was stopped up and had to be plunged which left stuff on the things around the sink. The shower had no pressure and we thought it was because of the time of day. However, if you flushed the toilet or turned on the sink you got better presure. No access for free wifi which is a standard item in most places we stay. The printer had no ink so we could not print boarding pass and had to do so at the airport, taking more of our time. The desk said they were waiting on corporate to get ink to them. I would think ink would be on hand at all times.

Disliked: The room was not a suite we requested and when we got there they wouldn’t give us back pay and said the suite was the same price as the room we received which didn’t make any sense. There was no lighting in the actual room just in the bathroom and walk way

Great location, filthy, out-dated accommodations!

Liked: The location was exceptional! Clean and up to date lobby.
Disliked: The pool was not open due to maintenance our entire stay. The room was extremely out dated. The room was filthy when we arrived. Bathroom and kitchen floors were disgusting. There was mold surrounding the tub, and hair all over the bathroom (sink, countertop, floors, and tub). The kitchenette was under stocked. The curtain in the bedroom area which was at the front of the building by the walkway wasn’t long enough and you could see directly into the room. We had to prop pillows up in front of the window so that no one could see in.

Nothing like the pictures they...

Liked: The bar on the pool side was ok nothing like the pictures it was close to the beach
Disliked: It's nothing like the pictures it's ran down not clean
