Beachcomber Beachfront Hotel a By The Sea Resort

Liked: Room was clean when we got to hotel and A/C had been turned on to cool the room.
Disliked: The sink was stopped up and had to be plunged which left stuff on the things around the sink. The shower had no pressure and we thought it was because of the time of day. However, if you flushed the toilet or turned on the sink you got better presure. No access for free wifi which is a standard item in most places we stay. The printer had no ink so we could not print boarding pass and had to do so at the airport, taking more of our time. The desk said they were waiting on corporate to get ink to them. I would think ink would be on hand at all times.

Liked: Honestly the day I left
Disliked: The fact that your site said there's only a $50 deposit and they charge me $50 a night plus an extra 70 adding up to $271.92 which was my meal budget so we didn't even have the money to eat on while we were there and I called and called and called trying to call someone and y'all left me on the phone for hour at a time. I felt very neglected and outright dismissed from your staff.. very unprofessional work ethic to me from your professional so-called professional staff... this has been the worst experience I've ever had to try to go on a vacation in my life. I never received the room that I paid for and like I said earlier they required to deposit of $271.92 that never was stated on the site whether that y'all's fault or their fault or both of y'all's I never have been recompenced out of the whole 4 days we was there I got to the beach one time having to deal with all the issues I had and yes I finally got my money out of check out but it was too late because we actually got to eat something on top of that we got hit in the back end and our car got told what I was there so another inspector budget which I know wouldn't y'all's fault but compiled everything together the state could have made up for it but it it just made everything worse I am so unhappy right now honestly don't believe I ever be able to use booking.com again... not to mention they had elevators that kept breaking down we got trapped in it twice for 30 minutes one time 45 minutes the next and no cooperation from your side or the resort side or anyone

Disliked: No housekeeping our whole stay, requested towels that we never got, only one elevator that worked but was extremely slow and very unsafe, at one point the one working elevator was stuck on the top floor with people inside of it and staff had no clue

Disliked: My bed in room 515 next to the window on right side the mattress has a massive hole in it killed my back the next day
