Good price for the location....

Liked: The location is 10/10, a perfect location on the boardwalk! It’s not too loud and a pretty good price for a room on the boardwalk. We got new towels whenever we requested. And the property provides coffee and free snacks such as yogurt, energy bars and ice cream to snack on during the day.
Disliked: We found some black mold in our room that we reported to the staff on the day 2 but never got cleaned out or fixed (we stayed a total of 5 nights). We are a relatively young and healthy couple, so we didn’t experience any health problems during the stay, but definitely a concern for people with asthma or weakened immune system.

Liked: This was a place my wife wanted to stay at for more than 30 years, but there were never rooms available.
Disliked: Trying to check in was terrible. There is no one at this place for check in. The website gave a number to call to check in but nobody answered. Message said mail box was full. No note in the place. Had to go to the place behind it on the second floor. Needed lots of attention.

Disliked: This is listed as a bed & breakfast and it absolutely is not! When inquiring about breakfast we were told…”it’s a very busy weekend with the Rock Festival and I’m running too many places to worry about making breakfast. There should be muffins, yogurts, apple juice, and waters in the fridge.” There was 1 yogurt, water, no muffins or juice. This place is very over priced for what we got and the owner didn’t seem concerned about making our 30th anniversary special at all! I know things change, but I really missed the old owners who personalized everyone’s stay! That’s how a bed & breakfast should be ran!!! We spent many of anniversaries here & was hoping for creating more for our 30th…not the case!

Disliked: Three days no fresh towels everywhere was dirty .No housekeeping whatsoever!!Tried giving the place another try from last time it was worse this time.We definitely won't be back!Sorry about the bad review but it's just not the way it was years ago.Its sad because it was a really cozy place before. Again we gave it three tries and three strikes. We won't be back.Save your money book somewhere else

Disliked: IT WAS SENIOR GRADUATION WEEK AND THERE WAS YELLING AND SCREAMING STUDENTS VERY LOUD ON THE BOARDWALK AND NEXT DOOR PARTYING ALL NIGHT TILL 3:00 AM WE GOT NO SLEEP AT ALL .AND THERE WERE ONLY TWO PILLOWS IN THE BED
