Liked: Location on the boardwalk.
Disliked: Never saw any staff.Coffee machine never maintained - no coffee.Nothing available for breakfast except a small tray of day old muffins.No water, juice or fruit available.This was a B&B.Dust on ceiling fan - never saw a housekeeper.

Superb

Liked: There was no breakfast. I really love this property. The location is excellent. I love sitting on the porch and watching the sunrise.
Disliked: We were suppose to have a code sent to us before check in. We never received the code. We were locked out of the back door one time, luckily there were other guest on the front porch and that door was still unlocked. I never saw any staff to ask for the code (other than housekeeping one day)

Great location and cute house....

Liked: The location was awesome! Cute home, I love old architecture. The porch that looks out onto the boardwalk and ocean was amazing. It was really relaxing and comfortable sitting in the rocking chairs.
Disliked: The room was a little stuffy when we arrived. Needed some fresh air. The A/C had to run continually to keep the room cool enough. The windows wouldn’t stay open without propping them open with whatever we could find. They could use some sort of table in the bathroom, maybe placed under where the towels hang. There wasn’t anywhere to put a makeup bag, hot rollers, etc when getting ready. Shower was extremely small, a large person probably wouldn’t fit.
