Disliked: Tv in room didn’t work and it was quite small

Disliked: they didn't come in and empty the garbage cans and give us clean towels and wash clothes

Disliked: They tried to charge me $200 more that what it was confirmed at. Had to keep going and getting towels. They never came around to empty trash.

Liked: The location was fabulous!I didn’t know breakfast was offered. We were not informed I did like that being no maid service that we could help ourselves to towels, toilet paper, etc.
Disliked: Upon entering our room there was already a used open soap on the sink and a used hand towel hanging near the sink.Love the kitchenette but the shower was so small we couldn’t get properly cleaned and we aren’t small but we aren’t big either.Maybe add some darkening curtains. The beds are directly in the bright morning sun
