Liked: Everything was excellent! The apartment has two rooms, two beds, and a comfortable sofa. Everything works perfectly. Parking is very convenient. We arrived early and were allowed to check in before 3 PM without any issues. All the passwords and instructions were provided in advance, so everything was simple and easy to understand. And the best part, of course, is the ocean — just a 3-minute walk away.Everything was great — highly recommended!
Disliked: I can't say anything bad.

Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: No cleaning for 3 days or change towels. They ask me to clean garbage cans.

Liked: Proximity to beach, parking, kitchen
Disliked: No negatives

Wonderful motel would definitely stay...

Liked: The property is beautifully maintained with lots of beautiful plants, flowers and vegetation. Our room was very cozy, quaint and clean. Steps from the beach, which was amazing and also the free parking.
Disliked: There’s a bit of road noise from Ocean Boulevard but cannot really be heard when the AC is on. The mattress desperately needs to be replaced, unfortunately I did not sleep too well because of it.

Liked: AC not working right, noisy guests in other rooms, no hair dryer. Very clean, very comfortable bed!

Superb

Great location for the price

Liked: Facility was clean and well kept. There was a washing machine and dryer on property. Check in and out was super easy and staff were very responsive.
Disliked: There was no switch for the overhead light/fan in the room. This made I had to run the air conditioner more because I couldn't turn on the fan.

Exceptional

Liked: Property is clean, spacious, and close to the beach
Disliked: A minor complaint, but could have used better pillows. We might just bring our own next time.

Enjoyable, met some lovely people.

Liked: Very short walk to the lovely beach, nice boardwalk No supermarkets in the area but a number of places to eat early evening. Felt safe in the area.
Disliked: There was no safe in the room or on the premises to use. We do not smoke but other visitors did and sat on balcony which upset a number of other visitors so owner advised no smoking outside rooms and put signs up so if you smoke now you have to go to patio area where people maybe cooking their evening meal on the bbq. No information in rooms as to attractions for visitors
