Great view, however, not updated...

Liked: The location was great. Really close to all the attractions and the boardwalk. Great view is street and boardwalk entrance.
Disliked: Absolutely outdated, not clean, had to ask for towels daily, and was told they were drying. Literally told my family no walking in barefeet because of how unclean room was. Poor lighting, almost no outlets. I was disgusted, to say the least. Definitely not what the reviews were saying. Room definitely over priced.

Staff is very responsive and...

Liked: Convenient to the boardwalk- 1.5 blocks away. Upper floors have ocean views from the balcony.
Disliked: I wish the pool had another set of stairs to exit the pool. Currently there is only 1 ladder to exit and not the easiest to get out with back problems. Wish there was steps from in the pool out to make it easier for those with special needs/handicap make the pool more accessible to all.

Liked: close to beach, plenty to do and the pool
Disliked: room dirty and ac did not work that well, bathroom floor was always wet due to the ceiling leaking from what I am guessing was condensation from AC unit, no maps to tell you where things were located in the hotel, for example what floor the pool was on where the ice machine was located. I have stay at better places in the vicinity around the safe price, this was my first time at this location.

Decent for a short quick...

Liked: I loved the balcony. Went down to be able to listen to the concert going on and could hear the whole show from our balcony. The pool was nice and not crowded at all which was really nice. The hot tubs were the perfect temperature.
Disliked: The beds were AWFUL. They were not comfortable at all whatsoever. The pillows were terrible. It was not easy to sleep at all. Actually cut our trip short by a day because we were exhausted from not sleeping. The showers had next to no pressure and temperatures were not consistent. Went from comfortable to scalding hot to cold in the bat of an eye. Bathroom was also missing ceiling tiles which was kind of gross.
