Disappointing

Disliked: The bar by the pool was never open the elevator didn’t have air conditioning. It was really hot. And scary didn’t have a good view of the ocean because there was a concert on the beach the weekend prior to our stay and they had a lot of cleanup going on the hotel didn’t notify me until two days before we headed out. There was way too much construction going on and it was very confusing getting around.

Unsatisfied

Liked: The bed was comfortable!
Disliked: The construction started at 5am. Throughout my stay, I had a view of the portable toilets and the room next to mine was occupied by guests who were arguing throughout the night. Despite being told I would be placed on a middle to top floor, I was given a room on the second floor.

Ok resort that needs some...

Liked: The pools were nice. Great curb appeal. Attached garage is great for walking distance. Elevators worked great. Staff was awesome.
Disliked: The hallways need some attention. Things seem to be falling apart. There was loose floor board tile that kept falling off the wall in the bathroom. The balcony door did not seal properly. Very disappointing beach front view from prior festivities (would have been nice to know this before we finalized booking). Also found out after booking that staff does not regularly clean rooms, so hallways were littered with towels and trash and constantly had to bug front desk for amenities.

We loved it!

Liked: The property was clean and nice. We were right on the beach. We loved the no smoking policy. The property also had a noise curfew. Great place. We will define return. Thank you Beach Quarters Resort.

Location prime, facility dated

Liked: Leak in facets, ice maker not working, advertising bar that was not opened< festival weekend before, access in front of hotel not opened… would not recommend…very dated
