Beach Quarters Resort

It was a terrible experience,...

Liked: It is hard to like anything about a property when you pay so much to stay there only to find cockroaches in your room!
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I paid so much to go on vacation with my family only to find cockroaches in our room!!! The toilet set in a very small closet that was about 2‘ x 4‘. You couldn’t even shut the door when you were using the bathroom because it was so small! The shower/tub area was in the wide open room, so there was no privacy to shower. It was a very small confined room! The washer and dryer provided on every floor always stayed full, where people would start their laundry and go off and leave it setting! It took almost 2 hours to dry one load of laundry. We put one of the HUGE cockroaches in a bottle to show them because they made us feel as if we were lying about it because no one else had reported it, supposedly!

Disliked: Parking! I made the mistake of parking in the garage & scrapped my car horribly.

Very nice place.

Liked: Proximity of the location was great! You can basically walk right out onto the beach. Beautiful view.
Disliked: Need cooking utensils to cook with in kitchen. More washer and dryer locations.

Liked: I like that it was easy access to everything around & including the beach the room was very clean & even had extra towels & other things in the closet!
Disliked: I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable

Liked: Location and oceanfront was great but facilities were a little run down . Not what I expected as I’ve always book through booking.com based on their ratings and they have always exceeded my expectations until this one.
Disliked: Felt a little dirty and run down.
