Overall it was a good...

Liked: Cleanliness and beach proximity
Disliked: Lack of response with disruptive guests who were loud and smoking marijuana constantly

Liked: I attempted to send an email to you all, but Kianna gave me her personal email which I found odd and she never sent me her work email address as she advised she would. She also told me management would be calling me which didn’t happen. To say the least I’m very displeased after a really crappy stay. I fully intend on escalating my concerns as I truly feel I’ve been put off after being very undersea Indy w Kianna.

We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Proximity to the beach. Room was clean. Staff responded immediately to requests for fresh towels and to other guests stinking up the place with marijuana smoke.
Disliked: Parking garage was small with very tight turns even for a small car. Room needed a kitchenette- that’s what we thought we were getting from the photos.

We had a great time...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and were quick to get us the extra stuff we needed while there. Also the lady in the activity center did a great job with the face paint my kids loved it!

Liked: Beach proximity, cleanliness
Disliked: Constant key card access required for exiting the building and other areas. Construction debris flying into the pool area.

Poor

Liked: Like the beach front although not accessible when we were there do to the monster truck races. We were told that would be over sunday when we arrived. The beach front was ready till friday when we left??. Love the room with kitchen bed comforter
Disliked: The rattling pipes at 5 or 530 Am ?? The staff could have given 2 scraps. Even though we complained almost everyday. 2 weeks later still haven't recieved refund from GM.??

Staff and maintenance people were...

Liked: Oceanfront, nice pools, nice kitchen area
Disliked: We need more chairs on the outside patio. The cable to the TV was broken.
