Liked: Very helpful personnel Giving umbrella and chair for beach
Disliked: Not cleanBe sure free parking not important because north beach is not useful. You cannot swim there. So you have to pay for parking to go to South Beach.We turned very late our hotel because of the cleanness. This is not related to staff. The hotel is too old.

Very nice & relaxing!

Liked: Clean, quiet, very friendly people, and a cosy swimming pool. So much nicer than the large hotels in the south! We felt happy and at ease. Many thanks!

Nice affordable room close to...

Liked: It was in a nice quiet spot and in walking distance to beach. Plus the free parking was very helpful.
Disliked: The room was pretty outdated and mostly the carpet was pretty stained.

We had a good stay...

Liked: The property has a really good location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars etc and just a few minutes from the beach. The pool was nice and clean.
Disliked: The rooms could use a little updating

Liked: Location was perfect for Haulover Beach and the shops and restaurants down the road in the vicinity of 69th and 70th streets
