A nightmare for my honeymoon.

Disliked: We were switched to Seacoast suites which was not the location of where we wanted to be. We were not told that all of the amenities wear closed down so what we thought we were getting we got nothing. No restaurant. No bar. No spa. Not within walking distance to anything. They refused to give us a pool towel after six so we had to walk thru the hotel dripping wet. Our key cards didn?t work for the garage or to get back in from the beach. There was no coffee in the room. People were literally screaming their lungs out to eachother fighting in the middle of the night and it woke us up. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had in a hotel.

Liked: Staff is really friendly beach chairs and towels are available. The shower is really good, and the hot water has a lot of pressure which can take your stress out
Disliked: Hotel smells like a seafood since they have a crab restaurant right next to the hotel. Neighborhood is noisy, hotel itself has no quiet hours. You will wake up at 5 in the morning with the noises of drunk guests in the hallway. My room was pretty small with a broken sink. The bed is too old, you might feel itchy while sleeping, me personally got a lower back pain because of that almost broken bed. No lotion is available in the restroom, bring your own lotion. Hairdryer, omg I can?t even stand that, I end up not drying my hairs after my bath because when you turn it on, the air that smells like a horseshit blows to your face and nose, that?s really disgusting

Disliked: Got there Friday night to a dirty room, was moved to a better room that was still not clean. Went to take a shower and no hot water

Awful. They committed fraud and...

Disliked: Awful. This hotel took out money from my card twice and refused to pay me back one of the amounts. I am on a student budget, vacationing with my savings. I came to this hotel because there was no where else I could find in this panic stricken time (due to coronavirus). I used my debit card to pay the bill, however it had less than the required amount so they took out what I had left on my debit card and then recharged me the full amount again on another card. So the daily amount for the room was billed to me twice. The staff member who was at the register even though I tried to explain my situation, did not help at all. Instead he made condescending comments to me and didn?t listen to my problem. On top of it he was no where to be found and would not pick up the phone to the point where a customer had to go find him from somewhere outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel at all. They committed fraud and my bank will be looking into the problem, as well as my boyfriend who is a lawyer will be looking into suing this hotel. But besides my individual issue, this hotel had the poorest most condescending customer service and the rooms shown on the ads are incomparable to the hotel rooms themselves. I made sure to take photos of everything I touched in case there would be any further issues. I hope this helps someone who is looking to not have their money be stolen while on a short vacation.
