Liked: Nothing the hotel was very dirty I did not stay I requested a refund and went to another hotel
Disliked: The hotel lobby was dirty I didn’t get pass check in

Liked: Everything Just right for us.Fabulous location Stunning views
Disliked: Aircon cold but staff very kindly gave me an extra blanket.

Disliked: Elevator wasnt working, very old construction and didnt invest any money to renovate it, showers got a weird system to send the water out, lack of electrical connections, cant control the climate!!!

Disappointing rooms and service in...

Liked: Great location for south beach, near to restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Hotel reception and room decor very dated. Did not clean rooms unless requested, same for towels. Very strong air con required us to get extra blankets. No way of controlling aircon. No functioning elevator at the time and no attempt to fix it while we were there.
