Disliked: They need to clean it better. The toilet seat was broken and the floor was sticky.

Liked: It pains me to give a 3 as the rooms are really huge, location is great next to the beach and tram stops, number of good restaurants nearby...
Disliked: But, I honestly cannot understand the positive reviews...Walls are basically useless, you can hear every single step and word from any of your neighbors, same story for the windows meaning the tram is literally passing in your room and cherry on top, rooms are above a bar so loud music and drunk people...Please don't stay here, you will not sleep, guaranteed.

Liked: 100 meter from the ocean, 200 m 7/Eleven, 50 meter from the line N which is going to the city center.

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: It was convenient to SFSU. The hotel is a little funky but clean and a good value for the location.

Disappointed Out of Towners

Liked: Conveniently located near beach.
Disliked: Room was located directly above a Pub/Bar/Nightclub and was extremely loud all hours of the evening and early mornings. The tram that runs 24 hours was also located directly in front of the window. The Bathroom toilet was not properly sanitized and had urine and hair at bottom of toilet. There was mouse droppings on floor in bathroom. There was no hot water Saturday morning to take a shower. The ice machine did not work entire time. The wife cut out so much watching a movie was nearly impossible. There is 30 rooms but only 9 parking spaces so we had to park illegally one evening. Very very disappointed.
