Loved location and suite but...

Liked: Nice location and room
Disliked: Construction noiseOne day of fire alarm testing for over 4 hours actually had to leave property for entire day due to horrible blaringTold when booking there was no construction but there was daily making it difficult to park but charged $24 a day for parkingProperty had wrong checkout day and told us at 2:30 in afternoon we had to leave Offered another room but different typeToo many fees and taxes This is supposed to be a high end property but we were treated poorlyNo help with luggageNo checks by housekeeping at all to see if we needed anything

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT THERE

Liked: View- great uncrowded beach. Everyone was so friendly. Those comfy robes and rain showers were amazing.
Disliked: Weather- it rained a lot but we still had a great time.

LOVED it and will go...

Liked: Family LOVED The BHS!! Stayed a couple of years ago (11 of us from Grandparents to kids) at another Hotel on the beach deigned for families (RF) -- they loved it, but LOVED this one even more. Smaller property, easy access to Beach (great Beach staff), Pool, etc. Tasha at the Bar is AMAZING. Bedrooms do get stuffy and Roll Away wasn't comfy, and other Bartender a TOTAL CRAB, but those are the only complaints Shuttles Service 5 Stars!
Disliked: Stuffy in Bedroom - Bring a fanRoll Away - Not usableCrabby Male Bartender - kids and Adults were afraid to even approach.

Disappointed

Liked: Location, view. Lounge chair, umbrella lovely. The beach team was great-all very nice.
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Kitchen was weird. Very small frig fit for a dorm room. Very little there to use for light dinner on your own. Coffee dispenser disappointing. Food selection at the bar very limited.
