Beach House Resort Hilton Head Island

Very good

Liked: Easy access, great front desk staff.
Disliked: Beach chair reservation through the hotel gets u chairs in between the volleyball court and the restaurant (does have full service bar), but far from ocean. So if want closer to ocean (no service) reserve through life gaurd staff.

I would stay again

Liked: Location, amenities, staffThat BEVI water machine was the best!
Disliked: -Ants and beetles in my room (not a lot, like only 3)-Music needs variety -Pool water was cloudy and had that slimy film on top

I will be back

Liked: Right on the beach and close to everything.
Disliked: The only thing I don’t like is I called to try to reserve a second room and the person that I spoke with at a call center cause it’s not there. It was very rude when they told me the rooms they had. I was like oh that’s not gonna work and they hung up on me. Now, the people at the front desk were very nice.

Liked: Everything says resort without the all inclusive signature, if you make it all inclusive, you’ll stay book for years with a wait list
Disliked: I went to add a day the price tripled and I would have had to change my room also. That meant “no” you can’t stay another day

It’s a great location, but...

Liked: The convenience to the beach restaurant and the pool and entertainment. Great location.
Disliked: It just seemed kind of musty and smelly in there the rooms weren’t that well decorated. But it was clean, but the holes were dirty.

Disliked: Restaurant was good, wish they had a few more healthier options .

Fair needs improvements and updates

Liked: Close to beach. Downstairs pool area was wonderful. Downstairs restaurants on beach was very convenient and nice. Beach was clean directly in front of resort.
Disliked: No smart tvs. Room had a funny smell. Bathroom was old and grimy. Major updates are needed to rooms. No smart capabilities on tv and in room. Dark rooms. Old phones in room. Out of date furniture. No MICROWAVE. Arm bands didn’t work most of time. It’s just the picture on the internet was not what I got.
