Great location , fabulous staff...

Liked: the location was perfect , close to the beach , the pub and shops . The room was large but unfortunately the air conditioner was broken and unable to be fixed prior to our stay . The hotel gave us a voucher and treated us very well but the room was hot .
Disliked: no air con

Excellent. Friendly and helpful staff....

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable.We visit our son and daughter-in-law often Byron often and we've tried many different places, but we'll be staying here in future.
Disliked: Everything is getting a bit "tired" but it's not really an issue considering all the positives.
