It was a very clean...

Liked: It was a very clean and well-located little unit in Rye.
Disliked: The unit is a bit neglected, with holes in the walls and some cracks, but it was good to stay one night in Rye for the price we paid :)

Great place

Liked: clean, good location
Disliked: need one more small heater as there was only one portable heater for only one room, got really cold overnight.

Exceptional

Liked: Basic but clean and well kept with enough amenities
Disliked: Would be nice having a mini milk in fridge on arrival for teas/coffee if I'm being picky :)

Bad

Liked: Close to beach
Disliked: Dirty spa, no front door key!

Liked: Location, most of the amenities
Disliked: The cushions for the bunk beds should be replaced as we could feel the steel rails on our backs and it kinda hurts and very uncomfortable. Extra pillows would also help.

Cosy and close to everything

Liked: Location was prefect for what we needed. Close to the hot springs, beach, and local restaurants. The unit was clean and had ample space for our group.
Disliked: The mattresses on the bunk beds are a little uncomfortable, but five for 1 night. The beds creaked on the floor boards, too, which was fun when any of us sharing the room had to roll over. Some nice textured rugs would go a long way, but being a holiday rental, I can understand why that's not a popular option.
