Liked: I really like how clean my room was at the time of check in and the great customer service that was provided by their superior frontman at the front desk, Danny.
Disliked: I really did enjoy my stay.

Liked: Hotel for the value was amazing. Clean room, easy to walk to the event we wanted to go to. Was a few blocks off the main road so there was no heavy foot traffic or cars. Would stay at again.

Disliked: There were roaches. Floor was wet and it was freezing.

Disliked: Loud sometimes during the night, the construction on the side

Disliked: The room had a smell of mold and it is obvious that there is no proper maintenance. When we tried to check in, there was nobody in the office and we were promised through the ringing system that they were going to come in two minutes. They came in more than half an hour. Nobody takes care of the territory. There are a lot of rotten mangos on the path to the room. I do not recommend the property. Picture from the bathroom is attached.

I do not recommend this...

Disliked: The attitude to clients is horrible. Clients have no rights to complain. They threaten with the police if do not agree with the price they raised in the computer system without any notification. If you negotiate with them and they promise a certain price for renting it is a waste of time because they do not stick to the promises. I had a very bad experience with Mora and Antony.
