Beach Carousel Virginia Beach

The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly; convenient.

Liked: Rooms were clean and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Both nights I stayed at Beach Carousel it was very loud, with lots of young kids partying and arguing outside my door. I went out the second night and asked for them to please shut up because they were keeping me awake and as well as my mother and sister, they had also woke up my 10-year-old son. They continued to be loud and kicking their door and arguing, so I called the office. They then went inside their room but were still loud enough to hear the arguments through the wall.

Liked: We like that it had enough beds and that is was close to everything we needed especially the beach. But if i would have known it had roaches definitely would have paid a little more for something better.
Disliked: We found 2 roaches on 2 separate days, 1 in the bathroom ceiling next to the livingroom and one in the livingroom, we also found hair on the floor of the bathroom next to the livingroom, hair on the couch in the livingroom, 2 underwears hanging on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom next to the room. When I tried to use the stove burner on the right back side, I touched the pot i was going to cook on and I got electrocuted 2 times then I told my husband and he tried it and it happenend to him also !! We did warn management about the roaches and the stove. Management did come by the 2nd day to spray something around the room. We stood in room 111.

Liked: The hotel is close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! The pool was awesome for the kids and the staff was very helpful to get me extra towels and blankets.
Disliked: The other guests were partying into the night and really loud. The shower head had no pressure and the beds were not ver comfortable.
