Beach Carousel Virginia Beach

The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly; convenient.

Liked: Rooms were clean and staff very friendly.
Disliked: Both nights I stayed at Beach Carousel it was very loud, with lots of young kids partying and arguing outside my door. I went out the second night and asked for them to please shut up because they were keeping me awake and as well as my mother and sister, they had also woke up my 10-year-old son. They continued to be loud and kicking their door and arguing, so I called the office. They then went inside their room but were still loud enough to hear the arguments through the wall.

Liked: 1 block away from beach
Disliked: we have handicap permit, but when u get to facility there are cones in the spot that says do not park. there's a paper sign saying no smoking, no vaping, no marijuana. all u could smell from ppl downstairs or upstairs was marijuana. the heater never kicked in so we asked for a blanket and they gave us a smelly urinal one. I had to go purchase one that same night. killed 2 small 1 big cockroach. only good thing about the place was the friendly person who gave us room key.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was close to the beach
Disliked: Staff made excuses regarding blankets that we should have already. Gave one blanket at first for a double room with two beds in it. We could not use the heat room was cold was given the option of a portable heater but never received it.
