The room was perfect and the staff was so friendly; convenient.

Disliked: Both nights I stayed at Beach Carousel it was very loud, with lots of young kids partying and arguing outside my door. I went out the second night and asked for them to please shut up because they were keeping me awake and as well as my mother and sister, they had also woke up my 10-year-old son. They continued to be loud and kicking their door and arguing, so I called the office. They then went inside their room but were still loud enough to hear the arguments through the wall.

Disliked: We told them numerous times it was cold in our room and the heat wasn’t working and that we had babies but they didn’t seem to care. The tub was clogged, and the lady at the front deck was rude.

Disliked: Very musty smell in room. The outlet in the bedroom was hanging off the wall with wires exposed. There was no toilet paper when we got there. Cabinets missing doors. No smoke detector, our fire system. It's just not very welcoming our warm feeling.

Liked: Never was any breakfast, the room was filthy they not give even a simple plastic cup to drink water or beverage the lady in the desk was rude and not helpful at all and the heat was practically off.my experience was terrible

Disliked: The room that they gave us smells like cigarettes even though it says Non-smoking, AC is not working at all my son kept on waking up coz its hot in there, The comforter smells like it hasn’t been washed for awhile, There’s no toilet paper we have to ask for it, and the sink is clogged it took a while for the water to drain

Disliked: Very dirty, smelled like smoke (and people were smoking) even though there is a no smoking policy they remind you of multiple times, sink was clogged, room had pistachio shells and a used joint on the bed when we arrived
