If they'd insulate the ceiling it would have been great!

Liked: Location was great and easy to find, staff at front desk were amazing, breakfast selection that I could take to my room was great. coffee service in room was great as well. Room was well off the road so no traffic noise.
Disliked: There was zero insulation from the room above and every footfall and word they spoke was audible. TV was not set up at all so not usable, toilet paper was a mile from the toilet, tub did not hold water.

Disappointing considering it had good...

Disliked: Hotel was fully booked. Our room was dirty, microwave did not work, door had air coming in around it. Needs an overhaul.
