Perfect location, great room, valet...

Liked: Excellent location right next to the main Markt square.Valet parking was perfect.Arrived early, around 11:00 am. Was able to unload car and take bags to the room even though it was still being cleaned. Car was taken and parked. Perfect.Great breakfast serviced between 9:00 - 10:30.Also had a lovely evening meal the first night.Staff excellant.
Disliked: Not a complaint , but be aware the stairs up to the room are are a steep spiral concrete stairs so not good for less abled people.

Perfect for a short stay...

Liked: Super comfortable room. Benny was really helpful with our car parking and luggage. Everyone was really friendly. Breakfast was perfect and in a lovely calm setting. The location of the hotel is perfect as it's just on the corner of the Grote Markt, and close to many nice restaurants and bars, the main shopping street and within a short walk of the canals.
Disliked: Slightly noisy with the windows open in the heat of summer.

Liked: The host were very friendly ,helpful, check-in simple.The location is perfect, 50 meters from Markt. The room. was nice ,big, clean, with very good beds.The breakfast was delicious. we have also had a dinner and there was a lovely Verdi's music.

Liked: Excellent location. Lovely staff.
Disliked: Nothing except quite a few steps for someone with mobility issues.

Liked: You cannot beat the location. It is a block from the Belfry. Our room was basically an apartment, and the owner valet parked our car. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Liked: Nothing, we could not stay there it was that bad. Location was the only positive but we didn't even stay a single night here
Disliked: Facilities not managed at allPaint peelingDirty covers, pillows, not hoovered room, dust everywhere, it was shockingly bad DO NOT STAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
