Liked: We stayed at B&B Santa Maria del Fiore for a few nights and had a good experience. The location is great—quiet but still within walking distance of the main sights in Florence, including the Duomo and several good restaurants and cafés.
Disliked: One downside was the air conditioning—it worked, but it was quite noisy at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep when it was running.

This B&B is ideal for...
Liked: The area was lovely, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was in a perfect location when visiting Florence, it took us around 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Florence. One night we ate in a lovely Pizza restaurant around the corner, this was reasonably priced and very tasty
