Great value for that price

Liked: All things were great, the room was spacious with smart tv, bathroom outside the room but ours only, small but it does the job. Good breakfest, had same things for two days, not sure if it gets diversified if you stay more, but for us was great.A small terrace outside where you can have a glass of wine. Even if there's a bus station nearby, we did walk to city (around 20 min to central area), overall great price compared to other bookings. And the city tax was included in the initial price (other places/citirs did charge extra)
Disliked: Room is at ground floor and if you open the window for some fresh window, you're stuck with the car noises since the street is few meters away. Not an issue for us, but it's good to know

A beautiful little b&b with...

Liked: We loved everything, the room, Francesca our host, the breakfast, facilities, little garden area, and the location, away from the busy city but close enough for easy travel and in. Safe neighbourhood with a supermarket nearby for essentials.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Nice B&B with modern rooms and a fresh interior. I particularly liked the inspiring pictures. The room was quite, nice and clean. In the kitchen/dining room was breakfast served - varied and delicious. There is also a frige, coffee machine. The host was very nice, helpful and friendly. Good contact on WhatsApp with her: she sent a video how to ckeck-in. The location is very good, not too far to the main attractions, and close to the main railway station.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Liked: Francesca was super lovely and let us check in early and eager to help. The room was fairly spacious compared to others we had stayed at in Italy. Lots of different pastries for breakfast including some homemade.The location is pretty good, fairly close to the main station but also trams and buses. It's in a more quiet area with not too much around (from what we gathered in our short stay). For longer stays in Florence I think is good to be away from the busy centre.
Disliked: Like many accommodation in Italy, rooms aren't soundproof but sleep wasn't disrupted by other guests.
