Liked: Great location. Clean facilities and spacious. Lots of character!
Disliked: TV was not functional first night but replaced next day. Owners responded quickly to the issue!

Disliked: There are no person available to ask with. No reception. The whole hotel is unmanned.

The staff was pleasant, and...

Liked: We liked the location, which was near restaurants and the Carnaval. Parking was across the street and, although we would have preferred parking behind the Manoir, it was satisfactory.
Disliked: There was a water leak in the wall behind the shower which needed attention. Also, the hair dryer did not work. The information we received from Booking.com was outdated and incomplete. Masks were not mandatory, and we would have preferred to speak directly to the Manoir staff to answer our questions before we arrived.

Liked: location was good. It was nice to have a parking lot nearby.
Disliked: It was difficult to move luggage because there were too many stairs. There were no staff in the hotel, and some hotel guests kept ringing the bell to enter the hotel. They came into our room wrong, and played with music until dawn. If there were staff, this would not have happened.

Liked: It's amaaaazing! it's the best hotel/bnb i've ever lived. We were very lucky to have the room on the top floor and i feel like i was a princess. The room is sooo pretty and so cozy!! I love the space so much!!
