Good

Spotlessly clean with traditional charm.

Liked: Perfect room with a small courtyard. We had a permit provided to park right outside on a road with hardly any traffic. We have a campervan so we’re a bit concerned about the parking, but really didn’t need to be. We were greeted with fresh homemade tart which was lovely. Items were left to make a simple breakfast. The room had a decent size fridge which was also handy. Location was perfect, exactly a 15 minute walk to Neptune’s fountain.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: It wasn’t very clean the shower was very small and mouldy and the mattress was very thin

Disliked: The bad mildew smell, very old and dated property in need of repair and updating.

I would highly recommend it...

Liked: The host was very accommodating. She gave us a brief overview of Bologna's landmarks and lent us her parking card, which made our stay quite economical. Additionally, she prepared breakfast for the next morning, including milk, coffee, tea, and some small snacks. The location is just a 15-minute walk from the central square.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect cosy stay!

Liked: This stay exceeded our expectations, we felt like family friends staying in a guestroom. The host was very kind and understanding, she accommodated all our needs. The room was very clean and well kept, beakfast was also pretty packed for a B&B. 100% would recommend
Disliked: The shower area was a little small and the curtain just 10cm too short(this is just a minor inconvenience)
