Great location, but too hot...

Liked: The room was fresh and the hotel is very well located; staff was kind enough and gave good restaurant recommendations.
Disliked: We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and it was extremely hot at night, despite it being May - the AC in the room doesn’t work properly so it was very difficult to sleep; we managed by keeping the bedroom window open - luckily it wasn’t too loud and the air was very brisk. I can’t imagine how guests manage in the Summer when the air is not so chilly at night. Finally, water is included in the room rate but it was not restocked on the second day.

Liked: The accommodation was excellent, clean, the staff smiling and helpful. Accessible distance from the train station, about 10 min walk. Ideal starting point for trips into the centre, where you can walk either through the streets or along the Arno river.

Liked: Location is ok. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Very very thin walls. If your are a light sleeper you would have issue
