Liked: Beautiful big room's plenty of space for the family and dog! Very impressed with welcome pack for our dog, lovely touch! Would definitely go back, wonderful stay 5*

Enjoyable, loved the place.

Liked: Staff were friendly, the room and the hotel very clean. 24hr free coffee and tea was a good gesture.
Disliked: Parking in the area is tricky and coming out of the hotel parking difficult. They could do something about the parking charges for people parking for several days.

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite big and there was plenty of hot water.

Liked: Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast options. Staff was nice and efficient.

Not faultless but very, very...

Liked: Spotlessly clean and generous room services (water, snacks, fresh coffee and coffee maker). Massive and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Corridor areas are a little shabby and no direct access to parking. And no ready lift access from parking level.
