Never again

Liked: Beds are ok, bathroom was ok.
Disliked: There is no staff that can take care of you at all. We made the check-in by ourselves but I came by car there and our another friend arrived earlier. They made her pay the parking fee which is 18 EUR. I never even seen this before. Non sense. They didn't even ask for anything about the car or something else. I am the car owner but they asked for the money from someone. Besides that, we got stuck in the garage on Sunday after our check out because there was no one in the reception. We had to call the police to help us. The cleaning ladies tried to help but for we were there for like 40 mins trying to get out. The vending machine downstairs is not working without coins, not even cash or a credit card. This is stupid. This hotel is just running itself somehow.

Great hotel, fab location for...

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was large, the staff were very helpful and the check in process was really easy. The secure code system for the doors was brilliant and the hotel had a nice lounge area with plenty of plugs for laptop access along with free internet. The hotel is directly opposite the stadium but the windows were sound proof and we couldn’t hear anything. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the Museum quartier and Vienna is a walkable city.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard for my liking and the pillows weren’t the best but it wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Liked: Clean. Location. Comfortable. Silent.
Disliked: No staff. That’s why you cannot find anyone in the reception or anytime you need help. No room phone.You cannot have breakfast if you don’t have reservation even if you have a spontaneous issue.No refrigerator.

All-in-all a very good hotel....

Liked: Room was not big, however, we had enough space in a 3-bed room.
Disliked: Many dishes with added sugar at (optional) breakfast (with added fee). Just white bread/ no brown or black bread available.

Super satisfied, would recommend!

Liked: Nice location, I went to a concert at the Wiener Stadthalle and it was so close, literally right across the road. Clean, big rooms. Bathroom was big too, which is rare for a hotel. Comfortable beds and duvets, good airing (air condition and windows) and feels very safe. There is a coffee shop that opens 7am very close at the Lugner Mall, so we got coffee here each morning :)
