Could be a lot better

Disliked: We booked a bigger room and received a small one where the third bed was really close to the others. The one we booked had a wall to “separate” the beds. The curtains could be bigger, they look ugly and the light enters the room in the morning because they are too small. There were not enough chairs in the room. The bathroom was a shame. It had mold on the walls and on the ceiling. Also mold in the shower… totally surprised to see this.

Liked: Great Location, close to the train, tram and metro and there's a grocery store near by as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.The room was spacious and clean as well as the shower and toilet.
Disliked: There was an AC in the room, but we couldn't switch the mode (from heat to cool) as its unified for all the rooms and the switch is only due in May, and I believe it's the same for the switch from cool to heat. We slept with an open window, but we could hear all the noises from the street and the train.The room lacked a ketel and a mini-fridge (although we were told about the ketel in advance when booking) and it's a bit inconvenient.The room is a bit dark, specifically the shower.
