Disliked: I arrived hotel 2.30 PM and wanted to check in my room with my children and guy at the front desk told me that check in starts 3.00 p.m. I was surprised about his answer and my expectation was to check in, If the room was ready. Even the hotel had the A/C , It wasn't working and there was a small fan to cool the room but It wasn't working properly. There were also dust on the carpet. Long story short I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay If there are other available options for the same price.

Liked: Clean room.
Disliked: Major communication problem. When you book, they tell you it’s fine to arrive at 11:00 PM, but on the very day of your reservation they notify you on Booking that their reception closes at 10:00 PM. You’ve been on the road all day with 15 reservations over 15 days on this trip—there’s no time to handle what the hotel should be handling. When you write to point this out, they send back a long email insisting their methods are absolutely perfect and beyond reproach. Bravo. What about informing guests in time, with a minimum of politeness and professionalism?
