Liked: Very good customer service from.the front desk staff

Good for a night in...

Liked: The room was cheap and central. Mae the receptionist was very happy and helpful
Disliked: The noise of the boiler all night in Room 212. There was no let up!!

Liked: Ok for the price. Our room had no windows other than skylights. No kettle or any self serve kitchen items in room. Heating was too hot and unable to control individually.

Cut down on greenwashing or...

Liked: Very comfortable bed, easy checkin, clean, really close to station. But The greenwashing should be cut down though. It is ridiculous to put “save water” stickers on the toilet and then that very same toilet offers just a single button for flushing (and that flushing uses an insane amount of water).

Disappointing

Liked: Assigned to the top floor which was extremely hot and no air-conditioning. Told staff they turned off the heating. Moved us after to a lower floor but still no working air conditioning. Had to leave windows open which meant noise from the street. Breakfast was good and the location to the train station was good.
