Very good

Liked: The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with the city center just a short and easy walk away.
Disliked: When we went for breakfast, the coffee machine wasn't working initially, but the issue was quickly resolved after we informed the staff. Additionally, some food options had already run out.

Terrible experience

Liked: I've booked a single bed room. They gave me a room for disabled. Bathroom was huge with a open shower for easy access to people with disability. Every time I took a shower the whole Bathroom was wet. There was no hanger to hang my towels. The sink was very short also for people with disability but for my was really uncomfortable to use. Because the Bathroom was so big, the room was very very small(there was no room to open my suitcase) and the worst of all I had a very very small bed. A bed almost 90cm wide. I travel a lot for work and I use single rooms. I have never had a small bed like this. Usually single bed rooms they have a bed 1,40cm wide. Was extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The whole night you could hear doors banging and people talking on the floor. In my room there was no "please keep quiet " sign to put on the door handle so the cleaning lady won't disturb me early in the morning. So the first morning she came inside and wake me up. I went to the reception to ask for one so I won't face the same problem next day. They couldn't find one to give me but they reassure me that they will note it down and nobody will disturb me again. Guess who entered my room next day at 08:00. I was happy to leave the hotel same morning and go back home. I will choose B&B again only if no other hotels in the area are not available.
