I will never stay here...

Liked: Nothing. Our experience was very mediocre, but the last day was the icing on the cake. I left a pair of Gucci shoes that I had just bought before this trip on the floor, between my bed and the windows. I was moving too fast and forgot to pack them. I realized when I was in the Uber, almost at the airport, and it was too late to go back. I called the hotel with hopes that they could retrieve them and send them to me, but what followed was the worst unprofessionalism you can imagine. I spoke with Uffein, the manager at the desk at that moment. Guess what? The shoes were missing, they had mysteriously disappeared. I got so mad, these shoes were expensive and I made a big effort to buy them, they were beautiful and special and I had only worn them once. This person said they had sent someone to the room and the shoes weren't there. If I had any doubt about what I was saying, I would have simply said thank you for looking, but I KNEW exactly where I left them and when, and between whoever was in charge of reviewing the room, or cleaning them, or the people I told on the phone (I also spoke to a lady but I don't know her name), someone blatantly STOLE my shoes. My hard-earned shoes. So you've been warned, if it's cheap, it's for a reason. Do not expect any decency from this brand and its employees. I of course tried to escalate this with their corporate offices, but the phone number I was given leads to nowhere... So great job, B&B Hotels, I will make sure I never stay with you again. PS: I wish they had recordings of the phone conversation and video of whoever entered my room after I left. What a disgrace!
Disliked: This is a company that doesn't care about customer service, so the personnel doesn't either. To give an example, one day after cleaning our room, they forgot to leave fresh towels, which I noticed after showering. I had to call using my cell phone, and asked them to bring up some towels. They didn't help, they would only give me towels if I went to reception.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the simple interior of the room, convenient sockets by the bed. Clean, comfortable, comfortable beds, great bathroom. We checked into the hotel at 1:00 am, the reception was open. We also parked the car in the underground parking, which was a big priority for us. I liked everything.
