Never Again

Liked: I loved futuroscope. You Need A car to get anywhere although it looks close by there is a high way with no pedestrian crossing for at least 15mins
Disliked: I had to walk 10mins to get WiFi for a bank transfer as they only share WiFi after paid check in. They say they speak English but take offence to anything beyond basic check in Greetings as they do not understand English well enough to assist. The manager is extremely rude and aggressive, she took a video of my 12 year old son after coming into our room and holding the door open until we finished packing to check out. We were running 30mins or so late as my son was unwell and exhausted. When I explained she said she was calling the police and didn't understand much of what I said which was super frustrating. The beds were uncomfortable, sink blocked before we arrived and overall just not cleaned with care or concern

Clean and in a good location for the Futurezone . Ok for a one night stop over.

Liked: It was fit for purpose. One night stop but not more.
Disliked: It did the job for a one night stop only. Absolutely no character.

Disliked: No staff at reception on arrival (10.10pm). The machine to check in was fine, but there was no answer from the help call button. We didn't get a room access code right away and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to actually answer the call button. We were told we were not booked in, and they ended the call with an abrupt goodbye! We eventually had someone else answer who gave us the code. Our dog ripped his claw off on a metal grid placed on mud paths and the hotel staff did not have a first aid kit, blood everywhere and we were offered an old pillow case to rip and make into bandages!
