Very good

Liked: Excellent choice for 1 night, before flying from the airport.
Disliked: The shuttle to the airport has only 1 stop. Take into account that you may need extra time at the airport to travel to your terminal. (took us 20 minutes) For the same price you can order a taxi who drops you at the right terminal, with less stress.

Good enough and convenient for...

Liked: The family room with the loft is great - Perfect for a family of 4. We just wish the room was little more roomy. I wish more hotels adopted those configuration of rooms for travelers. The beds were comfortable. The proximity of the airport and the shuttle were great.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was very average. Things were a little worn out and the room was a little small, especially running around with 4 people inside.

Disliked: The shuttle bus to the airport service is on for only a few hours from 05.30 to 10.30 amThere are people travelling in the noon too.

Disliked: I lost a dress there..i don’t know if it was taken from me on purpose or I just left it there..no one contacted me from the hotel

Good

Liked: This hotel is well-located. The check-in was very easy and pretty fast. We had a quiet and peaceful night.
Disliked: We had a family suite with a double bed and two twin beds in a mezzanine. It was definitely tight for the four of us and our luggage.

Friendly staff and good location,...

Liked: The location was convenient, right next to a shopping mall, and the staff were friendly. The shower pressure was also good.
Disliked: The stay was not very comfortable overall. The bed was hard, and the hallways and room had a very strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom was small, with mould in the shower, and the towels were quite thin. The flooring didn’t feel welcoming, as it seemed bare or with very thin carpet. Parking was limited and had to be paid for, which was inconvenient.
