Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standards I expected, and I would like to bring a few issues to your attention.Firstly,the cleanliness of the room was way below the standard. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there was dirt- hairs in the shower and on the floor. The bed linens also appeared to be dirty and stained, and hair all over which was not a pleasant sight.Despite trying to be offered other rooms, the hygiene and uncleanliness were still an issue.I could not stay in hotel with this situation, and since no solution was offered, I requested a refund and my request was declined by the front desk.The pillows were yellow stained and full of mold !Overall, I was very disappointed with this hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you could take appropriate action to address these issues and ensure that future guests do not have the same negative experience.

Clean the rooms
Disliked: The room was dirty. Surfaces dirty, hair in the bathroom and toilet not cleaned. Thankfully I brought sanitizing wipes with me. Also the A/C wasn’t working and it was so hot in the room I was sweating. It was u comfortable and the receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person.

Liked: Breakfast was abysmal. No cutlery despite asking members of staff. No egg or bacon out, not very well stocked. Coffee machine was faulty leaking over floor. Again had to ask a member of staff for assistance.
Disliked: Reception was ok but do I g staff not at all helpful

Liked: Could not get breakfast due hotel’s technical problems - very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️
Disliked: We should have been able to get breakfast. Staff should have not denied us food . Customers should not have been penalized due to the hotel ‘s problem
