There's a safety issue at...

Liked: Location is excellent. Receptionist is well trained.
Disliked: After we check in at 9PM, we get together in a friend’s room for chit chat and drinks as it is our last night in Paris. In the morning before check-out, my roommate and I find out that our Euro banknotes (mine = Euro 200+ and my roommate’s = Euro 300+) have been stolen. Nothing is left in our wallets. We inform the Hotel Manager and it seems that she is not surprised at all and just says “It never happens before”.We know that we will never get our money back as time is running short and we have to go the airport. But at least, hotel staff should handle the situation in a better way such as check CCTV, if any.We write this just to warn the other travelers who plans to stay at this hotel.

Disliked: Extremely unprofessional and not kind/human at all

Bad

Disliked: The staff were rude.Another guest was robbed of all her cash while they were out having breakfast, and the staff at the reception was so nonchalant. Did not call the police, did not investigate, did not even emphatize. He did totally nothing. He couldn’t care less, and acted like it wasn’t the hotel’s problem that there are thieves and/or robbers entering their hotel rooms.

Liked: Good value. Convenient shuttle to airport. Check-in/check-out hours better than most.
Disliked: Staff not very welcoming at check-in. They seem to be shy about their English and don’t provide much information. They charge for coffee. Also door to my room did not shut properly.
