Wouldn't Rebook

Liked: Room was nice, acceptable facilities and clean.
Disliked: The front desk staff are impolite; also we wanted to extend for another night and asked in the evening if we could do so. The front desk man told us to check back tomorrow morning.. which we did only to be told that they were fully booked. Additionally the staff failed to provide any suggestions on alternatives where to stay when there is literally another hotel next door 20m away. We transferred there instead.
