Good location

Liked: Walking distance to metro and bus. The staff was nice but they don't speak good English.
Disliked: The digital door keys keep malfunctioning. I had to ask the staff to reset mine twice during the 3 day stay. Going to your room and finding out it doesn't work was terrible after a busy day of walking. Bathrooms have generous space not cramped but the shower was still a bit small.

Liked: The staff was great during our stay. The place was very clean and well maintained. Location was good, as it was close to the metro, yet the area looks very sketchy (specially at night).
Disliked: The room had plenty of unusable space. If you have a room that mentions 20 square meters and 5 of them are useless, sounds like deceptive marketing. There was only one chair in the room for two people. No table to sit down to eat, when there is a kitchenette.

Liked: Location of the hotel - 7 min walking to the metro line 13 and 14. 2 stops from the stadium which were our main goal. The design of the hotel and room is great. 2 lifts. Bed was comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room. The guy at the reception who was there during the night was very professional and helpful.
Disliked: Long check in. For some reason it takes much longer than expected to be. Finally we got the keys and went to the room… which wasn’t clean. We went downstairs again and got the new room. Ok, can happen. We got the new room which was cleaned, but the water in the sink doesn’t flow out well. When we went out we asked the staff to check, they promised. Spoiler: when we came back the water was still in the sink. Well, when we came back late evening after the concert, the key didn’t work. Ok, can happen we thought…. Again. We went downstairs and the guy who was really nice and helped us a lot later (it’s not the end of the story) gave us recharged key. Finally we got to the room and were about going to bed, but I noticed the wet spot on the floor, which became bigger… actually we had small flood on the floor near the bathroom wall. I went downstairs again.. the receptionist went with me to check the room, and asked to get our belongings to change a room. It was around midnight.. early flight and concert before, we really was exhausted and wanted some rest. the guy was the only great exception in this hotel, he helped us very fast, he gave us the new room which was cleaned, the key worked and no water problem occurred. Thanks a lot. We slept well. Thankfully It was just one night in this place, I won’t stay there again.
