Very good

Liked: The hotel is very good. The facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, everything is great. The metro station is very close, 5 minutes walking distance. Also there are supermarkets closeby.
Disliked: The neighbourhood is generally not very safe, mostly at night. So you should just be careful when walking in and out of the hotel and into this neighbourhood.

Great place and easy to...

Liked: It’s colourful decoration and the staff are very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The diffusers was a bit strong at the front desk at times.

Disappointing service and lack of...

Liked: Room was clean and spacious. Location was close to an outside parking garage, and the metro.
Disliked: Our stay was very disappointing. Due to a local event, we couldn’t access the hotel by car and the staff had failed to inform us in advance. We spent nearly an hour driving around with no support — calls to the hotel were unhelpful, and communication in English was very difficult. When we finally arrived and expressed our frustration, a staff member laughed at us and continued to do so even after we said it was disrespectful. The room was nice, but the lack of basic hospitality and professionalism ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
