Thirsty in the hotel
Liked: Clean rooms, nice beds, good wifi, proximity to the town center...
Disliked: No drinking water in the rooms, you could only buy water at the reception which works until 23:00, and after that the fridges with water were locked. There is a machine with drinks that accepts only coins. All the windows in the room were stuck and you couldn't open it.

Comfortable and convenient,
Liked: Comfortable hotel a little far from the city center. The rooms were clean and the staff very helpful. For BB they offer microwave ready meals at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is basic but has everything. The underground free garage at 35C was very welcome.
Disliked: The hotel is undergoing renovations, hence the disturbing noise in the room. We encountered a lot of crowding at breakfast, there were no trays, glasses, or cutlery available, but with a little patience and a lot of effort from the staff, this was quickly resolved.

Terrible service
Liked: Firstly we get a room which was dirty, but after we complained about it, staff kindly moved us to the other room, which was not so bad, but still not clean enough. I liked a bed, it was comfortable and also it was nice that they have a garage for the car we rented.
Disliked: We get to bed late enough cause we needed to sleep till 10-11 am (had big plans for the night after), instead of this since 9 am they started cleaning in neighbors rooms. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. They moved furniture very loudly, knocked and banged. After I called reception they told me that it will finish after 20 minutes. Okay. After I called second time receptionist told me “madam, it’s okay you cannot sleep, cleaning will finish at 2 pm, others hotels are doing that too”. Well, I’ve been in many hotels and casually they respect their customers and respect silence. All I wanted was +1 hour to sleep in the room I paid for but you have done just nothing and it was louder and louder as soon as they moved closer to our room. I texted directly to the hotel but nobody answered like my opinion doesn’t mean anything. Awful impression. Cannot recommend this hotel.
