ok but not good

Disliked: I wanted to check in at 1:40 pm. I was told I have to pay 15 Euros for early check in. This has not been very friendly. So I waited for an hour to check in.no hotel save, no fridge and no key are further disadvantages

Liked: Easy late check in through kiosk, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfas
Disliked: Location is appaling, the 15 minutes walk from S-Bahn feels like crossing an entirety of motorway junctions in the middle of a soulless urban sprawl

Disliked: After I paid the complete amount of the booking, the front desk decided not to host me. I was not able to stay at the hotel, even though I had already paid. I hope to receive the refund of the complete amount paid and also a recomoensation for this bad experience.
