Superb

Liked: Location, modern facilities, cleanliness.
Disliked: Staff was great, with one exception, the lady in charge of the breakfast room on April, 7th, 2025. She was neither friendly nor helpful and, moreover, seemed to expect every guest to speak Polish. She definitely should not be working in the hotel industry.

Liked: Staff is alright, questionable manager.
Disliked: B&B hotels wants you to eat only at their place or expensive restaurants nearby and if you approach them with a request counter to statement above (e.g. could you warm our food?) they will refuse, even though they have a microwave, they will lie about "not having a microwave", abiding by B&B Hotels policy. Although, some helpful staff can put more effort to treat you like a human, the establishment policy will refuse to do so. First time in my travels I encountered such a treatment and a blatant lie. Also, you might find yourself surprised by not so regular "fire alarm drills after 22:00" ( happened twice throughout 1 week stay).Unless you really need to stay at this establishment, give it a second thought.Overall, good staff, questionable policy.Suspicious timings on fire alarm at night at 3 celcius outside.
