Good place to stay, walking...
Liked: Good location, old town in walking distance.Room and bathroom small - IBIS alike, but clean.Our room was quiet, everything good.
Disliked: Hotel has ten car park slots but all were occupied

Liked: Good position. Comfortable bed. Good aircon.
Disliked: The room was pretty small. Whoever cleaned it, did a very superficial job every day, once even forgetting to empty the bin in the bathroom. That carpeted floor has seen better days.

This is a good hotel,...
Liked: It has absolutely good location.
Disliked: The drain in the bathroom almost didn't work. There was snot and blood on the pillow, but the blankets were clean.

Great location for a stop-over
Liked: The room was comfortable, very clean and well equipped.
Disliked: Nothing really! We forgot to put the Do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff visited us at 8am promptly. This was our fault not theirs!

Good location and clean room
Liked: Clean room, good location
Disliked: Hard mattress, lift was not clean for the whole stay, soft pillow, there was no staff at the reception and we had to go look for him, luggage storage is accessible from everyone

Will think twice before booking...
Liked: It has 24h reception and it is very near the sbahn (2’) and the city center (8’). A good breakfast cafeteria next to it (only monday-friday) and some restaurants.Wifi was goodHas free soap, daily cleaning and hairdryer
Disliked: The room was not clean (discusting hairs from last guest) and the bathroom door was also dirty. Also the control remote of TV did not work (batteries were working though). To be honest I was so tired if work I did not complain.Also the AC needs to be fix as it makes noise and disturbs when sleeping and the window is not enough to soundproof the room (I think is needed as it is so close to Hbf).Also I had an issue with another reservation and the first receptionist did not help at all ( a girl named Umme, I think) I tried to make clear to her that i contacted Booking customer service and that they were waiting for the hotel to respond them to do changes in the reservation that were possible and she DID NOT HELP AT ALL (just saying it was not possible and no solution whatsoever). Thank god I ask another receptionist (a tall boy) the next day who not only said that the change was possible but also manage all himself and gave me all the new necessary info.This is not the first time I stay at a in B&B but it is the first I felt so stress!
