A very nice and clean...
Liked: The concierge was friendly and assisted us when the room’s door lock did not function. He changed our room which was an upgrade.
Disliked: There was no staff available until later in the afternoon to let us in the coded door.

Very uncomfortable
Liked: What I liked about the property only had to stay one nightthe parking was ok for the motorcycle
Disliked: Turned up at the property 1330 Machine wasn’t working to gain access. There was a note on the door saying the staff would be back at 14:00 hours waited until 1430. No staff turned up took 20 minutes to access on the machine. no air conditioning in the room no soundproofing on the windows could hear all the noise from the street and the bar below .no information from anybody to say the air system was not working, no information how to gain access to the park area I have stayed in several B&B hotels over Europe. This was far the worst B&B hotel I stayed in will not be staying there again.

Clean and comfortable
Liked: Clean, convenient. Good value for money. Fairly spacious for 3 in the quadruple room. Beds comfortable. Aircon was ok - not brilliant but ok and not too noisy at night. Continental breakfast available.
Disliked: Bathroom could do with a bit up an upgrade. Vending machine wasn’t working.

A good comfortable base from...
Liked: Room clean and comfortable with great air con, lovely bed and pillows and great shower. Location was good too and proximity to the tram after a long day being a tourist.
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like.

Great hotel, superb breakfast and...
Liked: Great location, clean, comfortable and an absolutely amazing shower with lots of really hot water. Breakfast was superb and all the staff were lovely.
Disliked: It had A/C which was needed in the heatwave but it was only one temperature. Obviously cooler than the temperature outside but as an older lady that gets hot in the night even in winter I would have liked to be able to make it cooler.

Great staff and location
Liked: The staff were great especially the young man whom we met on day 1. He is a keeper though he seems to work very long hours. We see him in the mornings and at night. The property seems a bit understaffed compared to other B&Bs I’ve stayed in - one of more recent was Antwerp.The property and room were very clean.
Disliked: For times when there’s no front desk staff, room information should be more visible - as in signage. For example, maybe a plaque / sign with the floor numbers with each set of room numbers. There is one for the rooms on floor 0. We assisted people to look in the elevator got their room locations. So… a sign could be helpful.Also, when we say by the front people trying to get inside without codes keep asking us to let them in. This discourages sitting downstairs! One final issue was the TV cutting in and out on the last 2 nights (not a major issue).I’d stay again
