Passable

Disliked: We needed a kettle in the room for our 3 month old baby to make bottles and we couldn’t get one as I asked a member of staff. We had to go to reception to sterilise and to make our daughters bottles.

Disliked: Couldn’t get in…. Problem with machine to get access to room No staff at 9:30 pm and despite having booking reference etc 3 couples failed to get in

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Aircon noisy and not very good, room was too warm

Very good

Liked: Friendly staff and within walking distance of the airport. The facilities are basic but all that is needed when you need a bed after a late flight.
Disliked: It was difficult to find in the dark late at night. Clearer directions for people walking from the airport would be helpful. Unfortunately the lift was out of action - not great when you have a heavy suitcase.

Liked: The room had everything I needed, plus free WiFi.The man on the helpline sorted out my issue quickly and in English.The location was great, so close to the airport.
Disliked: I don't recall an option without breakfast and as I was travelling before the breakfast was served I paid for something I couldn't use.

Annoying and frustrating

Liked: It was near airport
Disliked: Getting into hotel was v difficult for us The computer pad at door wasn’t taking no or letters properly We tried numerous times and found it v frustrating We did get help from the man on the speaker

Very convenient, clean, great breakfast.

Liked: Everything was as described. Very convenientlly located. Just slightly difficult to find the foot path from the Terminal.
