The Hotel Needs Professinal Staff

Liked: Comfort, location, cleanliness.
Disliked: The staff were totally indifferent to our presence. Thry didn't even want to talk to us, let alone respond to our inquiries. They avoided contact with us at all costs. It was very rude and discomforting.

Liked: Room was clean, everything was fresh. People at reception were also very friendly and nice. Location is good because there were metro and bus stations near.

Liked: Location was good. Did not use any of the facilities.
Disliked: Parking very limited. Beds ok but not great.
