Exceptional
Disliked: Breakfast could be better (for example there are no scrambled eggs, just cooked) and cheese/salumi were of limited choice. But good vegetarian/healthy options!

Liked: I loved every aspect of the hotel. First, the location is fantastic, it's close to the autobahn and not so far away from the u-bahn. It was clean and comfortable and had everything you need in a short distance.

Could have been great, in...
Liked: Most was perfect, exactly as expected and this was almost a 10/10 review. The size was good, it was clean, check-in was easy and the price was good and beds were fine. However all of that was ruined by the terrible noise that the airconditioning made both when it was turned on and off.
Disliked: The horrible noise of the airconditioning in room 505. This noise was there for a good portion of the night and it was there both when the aircon was off and on (mostly when off). It sounded like a lot of running water, like there was a creek/small river inside of the room. If not for that it would've been excellent, but if you sleep badly even if it is just 1 simple thing it kind of ruins your night and the idea of booking a hotel to be well rested the next day.
